摘  要:低温胁迫处理青菜新品种‘6A×2B'和‘新场青',分别测定它们的叶片电解质渗透率(EL)、丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,并进行恢复生长试验,研究生理指标的变化规律。结果表明:低温胁迫下,‘6A×2B'抗寒性强,该研究可为新品种的推广和应用提供理论依据。After treated under low-temperature stress,two new Chinese cabbage-pak-choi varieties '6A×2B' and 'Xinchangqing'(CK) were determined in terms of leaves' electrolyte permeability (EL).malondialdehyde(MDA) content and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity,and their recovery growth tests were also carried out to study changes of their physiological indexes.The results showed that the variety '6A×2B' had good cold tolerance.which provided important theoretical basis for extension and application of new green vegetable varieties.
