摘　　要：自然人民事责任能力是指自然人对其不法行为所产生的损害后果承担民事责任的资格。狭义的民事责任能力是侵权责任能力以识别能力为一般判断标准、以财产状况为例外标准,但是要对财产标准的适用设定严格的条件限制,具有责任能力的未成年人造成他人损害的,应与监护人一起承担连带责任。The capacity for civil liability of natural person means the qualification of natural person who should undertake civil liability because of his/her civil illegal violations.In a limited sense,the capacity was defined as ability of tort liability of natural person,which judges by the ability of identification as a general criteria and the situation of property as the additional criteria.However,the criteria of property situation should be limited by strict conditions.The minor who has the capacity for civil liability made damages to others natural person,he/she and his/her guardians should take joint liability severally.
