摘  要:使用经γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)改性的纳米ZnO与甲基丙酸甲酯(MMA)和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)在过硫酸盐引发体系下通过原位乳液聚合进行接枝聚合,制备了聚丙烯酸酯接枝纳米ZnO的弹性体P(MMA-BA-ZnO),同时将P(MMA-BA-ZnO)与聚甲醛(POM)熔融共混制备POM/P(MMA-BA-ZnO)共混物,以及将丙烯酸弹性体(ACE)和改性纳米ZnO直接与POM熔融共混制备POM/ACE/ZnO共混物,并对上述弹性体和共混物进行了紫外光老化试验和性能评价。结果表明,聚丙烯酸酯成功地接枝到了改性后的纳米ZnO表面上,并且P(MMA-BA-ZnO)与POM有较好的相容性,可以通过熔融共混法均匀地分散到POM中。P(MMA-BA-ZnO)作为弹性体对POM有一定的增韧作用,同时由于其自身含有光屏蔽剂纳米ZnO,还能显著地提高经紫外光老化后POM的冲击强度和断裂伸长率。与直接加入ACE和纳米ZnO相比,加入P(MMA-BA-ZnO)对POM具有更好的光稳定效果。Graft polymerization of BA and MMA onto surface of active nano-ZnO which was modified with γ -methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane was carried out via emulsion polymerization in the irradiation system of KPS. The P(MMA-BA-ZnO) was melting blended with polyoxymethylene (POM) to study the UV- aging test, as well as the mechanical properties of the sample were tested before and after aging. The results showed it realized graft polymerization of acrylic monomers onto ZnO. P(MMA-BA-ZnO) had excellent compatibility with POM and dispersed well in POM matrix by melting blended method. As elastomer, P( MMA- BA-ZnO) had the toughening effect on POM, and because of light shielding agent, it increased the impact strength and elongation at break of POM after UV-ageing. The P(MMA-BA-ZnO) had a better light stabilization effect on POM compared with the addition of elastomer and light shielding agent.
