摘 要:通过挤出共混法将低导热系数的纳米二氧化硅(nano-SiO2)添加到乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)中,制备了用于透明隔热型夹层玻璃中间膜的EVA/nano-SiO2隔热复合材料。系统地研究了nano-SiO2的含量和比表面积对EVA/nano-SiO2复合材料的隔热性能、拉伸性能、可见光透过率以及热稳定性的影响,并考察了复合材料与玻璃之间的黏合强度。结果表明,nano-SiO2作为隔热添加剂,其含量和比表面积的增加均会使EVA/nano-SiO2复合材料的导热系数下降,隔热性能得到改善。与未改性EVA相比,含9.0%nano-SiO2(比表面积为300 m2/g)的EVA/nano-SiO2复合材料的导热系数最低,为0.219 9 W/(m.K);用其胶膜夹在两块玻璃中间制作的盖板能使隔热箱内的温度降低4.1℃。nano-SiO2的质量分数在3.8%~9.0%范围内,EVA/nano-SiO2复合材料与玻璃的黏合强度均大于30 N/cm;nano-SiO2质量分数为5.6%左右,复合材料的黏合强度、拉伸强度和断裂伸长率均出现最大值,可见光透过率约为80%。Nano-SiO 2 with low thermal conductivity was added to EVA through extrusion blending to prepare the heat-insulating EVA/nano-SiO2 composites that can be used for the inter layers of transparent and heat-insulating laminated glass. The effects of the nano-SiO 2 content and specific surface area were systematically studied on the heat-insulating property, the tensile properties, the transmittance and the thermal stability of the EVA/Nano-SiO2 composites; and the adhesive strength to glass of the composites was also investigated. The experimental results indicated that an increase in the content and the specific surface area of nano- SiO2 used as a heat-insulating additive can make the thermal conductivity of the EVA/nano-SiO2 composites decrease, thus improving their heat-insulating property. Compared with the unmodified EVA, the EVA/ nano-SiO 2 composite containing 9.0 wt% nano-SiO 2 with the specific surface area of 300 m 2/g possessed the lowest thermal conductivity among the prepared composites, i.e. 0. 219 9 W/(m · K) ; and the cover plate made by sandwiching the composite film between two pieces of glass can make the temperature inside the heat- insulating box decrease by 4. 1 ℃. Within the range of nano-SiO 2 content (3.8 - 9.0 wt% ) investigated, the adhesive strength of the EVA/nano-SiO 2 composites to glass was all beyond 30 N/cm. While the nano- SiO 2 content as in the vicinity of 5.6 wt%, the adhesive strength to glass, gation at break of the composites can reach their maximum values, and the 80%.
