摘 要:采用液液平衡釜,在常压下,测定了293.153,03.15,313.15 K时水-丙烯酸-醋酸-甲苯四元体系的液液平衡数据,为萃取-非均相共沸精馏法精制丙烯酸选择适宜的溶剂提供依据。使用Othmer-Tobias方程对实验数据进行线性拟合。分别采用非随机双液(NRTL)和通用似化学(UNIQUAC)活度系数模型对实验体系的液液平衡数据进行了回归,得到相应热力学模型参数,将实验值与计算值作了对比,绘制了四元体系的拟三元液液平衡相图。结果表明:对于实验体系的相平衡行为的描述,NRTL活度系数模型优于UNIQUAC模型。The liquid-liquid equilibrium (LLE) data for the quaternary system of water-acrylic acid-acetic acidtoluene at 293.15, 303.15 and 313.15 K were measured in liquid-liquid equilibrium reactor under atmospheric pressure to screen the proper solvent for separating acrylic acid from water by the method of extraction followed by heteroazeotropic distillation. The reliability of the experimental LLE data was ascertained through Othmer-Tobias equation. The activity coefficient models of nonrandom two-liquid (NRTL) and universal quasi-chemical (UNIQUAC) were used to regress the LLE data of the investigated system. The parameters of the two models were obtained. The calculated values of LLE from the models were compared with the experimental values. The pseudo- ternary phase diagrams at different temperatures of the quaternary system were given. The results show that the deviations of root mean square from the NRTL model are smaller than those from the UNIQUAC model.
