低过模高功率微波方圆模式转换器设计

摘　　要：设计了一种结构简单的高功率微波方圆模式转换器,可以实现圆波导TM01模式与矩形波导TE10模式之间的相互转换。转换器工作在C波段,中心频率4.1GHz,其输入端口和输出端口相互垂直。计算和仿真结果表明:中心频率处该模式转换器的转换效率可达99%,回波损耗小于-20dB,转换效率大于90%的带宽大于0.2GHz。转换器整体3维尺寸都只有10cm左右。A kind of high power microwave mode converter is designed,which is lowly over-moded with input and output wave-ports perpendicular to each other.The converter can convert TM01 mode in a circular waveguide to TE10 mode in a rectangular waveguide,and works in C-band with a central frequency of 4.1 GHz.The results of simulation show that the energy conversion efficiency of the mode converter is up to 99% at 4.1 GHz,and the return loss is less than-20 dB.The bandwidth in which the conversion efficiency exceeds 90% is larger than 0.2 GHz.Its dimension is about 10 cm in each direction.
