汽车座椅固定扶手结构优化及压铸模具设计

摘　　要：以某客车座椅钢制固定扶手为原型,为解决其结构复杂和制造工序繁琐的问题,并达到轻量化设计目标,选用密度较小的铝合金材料ACD12来替换并进行结构优化;最后用三维软件Pro/E中的EMX插件对优化后的结构设计了一套压铸模具。在模具设计时选择最大截面为分型面,采用侧抽芯机构,在金属液的末端均匀开设溢流槽。该设计对实际生产具有一定的指导意义。In order to solve the problem of complex structure and complicated manufacturing process and achieve the target of lightweight, choosing a fixed steel armrest of a bus as prototype, the aluminum alloy material ZL104 was selected to replace the original steel material and the structure optimization was achieved. The mold for die casting was designed by Pro/E software. The maximum cross-section was chosen as the parting plate and a mechanism of side pulling of core was chosen. Overflow tanks were set up at the end of the filling molten metal. The design can provid certain reference for industry practices.
