摘  要:研究噬菌体扩增试验对结核分枝杆菌快速鉴定的意义。应用结核分枝杆菌噬菌斑技术快速检测结核分枝杆菌及肺结核患者痰标本。结果显示:结核分枝杆菌H37Rv、噬菌体扩增试验均为阳性;20株结核分枝杆菌临床分离株本法检测结果全部阳性;20份涂阳肺结核患者(用药时间在一周之内的)痰标本,本法阳性19份(95%);20份涂阴(应用抗结核药时间在10天之内的)肺结核患者痰标本,本法阳性11份(55%);10份涂阴结核性胸膜炎患者的胸水标本(应用抗结核药时间在10天之内的),本法阳性3份(30%)。结论:噬菌体扩增试验可以快速鉴定结核分枝杆菌,用其检测痰标本中的结核分枝杆菌具有很高的特异性和较高的敏感性。To explore the clinical significance of phage amplification tests in rapid identification of mycobacterium tuberculosis,the mycobacterium in sputum samples of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were detected by mycobacterium tuberculosis phage plaque technique.The results showed that the mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv in samples with phage amplification tests were positive.All 20 strains of clinical isolates mycobacterium tuberculosis showed positive results.The positive rate in 20 sputum samples of smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients(treatment time in a week) was 95%.The positive rate in 20 smear-negative(anti-TB drug applications within 10 days time) tuberculosis patients sputum samples was 55%;The positive rate in 10 smear-negative pleural fluid of patients with tuberculous pleurisy specimens(application time anti-TB drugs within 10 days) was 30%.Phage amplification tests may be used to rapid identify mycobacterium tuberculosis in sputum samples with high specificity and sensitivity.
