软质石蜡的研制

摘　　要：对利用南阳石蜡生产过程的副产品蜡下油制取软质石蜡的工艺条件进行了研究。研究表明,利用混合溶剂在一定条件下对蜡下油进行脱油可以研制软质石蜡,减二线蜡下油、减三线蜡下油研制软质石蜡最佳溶剂组成为酮65%、苯35%;减四线蜡下油研制软质石蜡最佳溶剂组成为60%、苯40%。在二段脱油工艺条件下,利用减二、减三、减四线蜡下油制得的软质石蜡各项指标均达到技术指标要求。The process condition of soft paraffin wax which is prepared using the by-product foots oil are studied.The result shows,the soft paraffin wax can be development using mixed solvent deoiling the foots oil in certain condition,the best solvent composition using the vacuum second side-cut foots oil and the vacuum third side-cut foots oil are 65%ketone and 35%benzene;the vacuum fouth side-cut foots oil are 60%ketone and 40%bezene.The soft paraffin produced in the two-step deoiling process conditions using the vacuum second sid-cut foots oil,the vacuum third side-cut foots oil and the vacuum fourth side-cut foots oil met all the technical requirement.
