边沁桉试管苗生长影响因子的研究

摘　　要：以2年生边沁桉耐寒优株的半木质化枝条上的顶芽或腋芽为外植体培养的试管苗为试材,对影响边沁桉试管苗生长的因子进行研究。结果表明:BA的浓度对苗的增殖系数有极显著影响,对苗高生长无显著影响,BA的适宜浓度为0.5～1.5 m/L;IBA的浓度对生根率和生根数均有极显著影响,IBA的适宜浓度为1.5～3.0 mg/L,蔗糖的浓度对增殖系数和高生长均有极显著影响,蔗糖的适宜浓度为15～30 g/L,光照对增殖系数有显著影响,但对苗高无显著影响,适宜光照为2 000～3 000 lx。Research on the factors affecting the growth of Eucalyptus benthamii in vitro plantlets was carried out with two years old plant and the results showed that BA concentration had extremely significant influence on proliferation coefficient but no significant influence on height growth,and the suitable concentration of BA was 0.5~1.5 m/L.IBA concentration had extremely significant influence on rooting rate and roots quantity,and the suitable concentration of IBA was 1.5~3.0 m/L.Sucrose concentration had extremely significant influence on proliferation coefficient and height growth,and the suitable concentration of sucrose was 15~30 g /L.Light conditions had significant influence on proliferation coefficient but no significant influence on height growth,and the suitable illumination was 2 000 lx^3 000 lx.
