摘 要:采用不同生根剂、不同扦插时间,对溪畔杜鹃进行扦插繁殖试验,结果表明:溪畔杜鹃60 d就可生根;在不同时间和用不同生根剂进行扦插,溪畔杜鹃的扦插生根率差异极显著。用吲哚丁酸浓度150 mg/L的生根剂,10月份扦插平均生根率为55%,7月份扦插平均生根率达82%,最高达85%;用ABT浓度100 mg/L的生根剂,平均生根率达67%,最高达70%;用ɑ-奈乙酸浓度100 mg/L的生根剂,平均生根率达58%,最高达65%。Effects experiment of cutting propagation of Rhododendron rivulare were studied with different root-inducing regulator and cutting time.The results showed that R.rivulare began to root 60 d later after cutting.The rooting rates were significant difference among different root-inducing regulator and cutting time.Taking indolebutyric acid as root-inducing regulator with concentration of 150 mg/L,the average rooting rate was 55% as cutting in October and 82% in July,and the highest rooting rate in July was 85%.Taking ABT as root-inducing regulator with concentration of 100 mg/L,the average rooting rate was 67% and the highest survival rate was 70%.Taking α-Naphthylacetic acid as root-inducing regulator with concentration of 100 mg/L,the average rooting rate was 58% and the highest rooting rate was 65%;
