摘　　要：林木良种是提高造林成效的关键,良种基地是培育林木良种的源泉。我省目前建成有各类良种基地60多个(其中,国家重点林木良种基地6个、省级重点林木良种基地10个),总面积近2 000 hm2,年产林木良种3万多kg、良种穗条4 000万条,初步形成了以种子园、采穗圃为骨干,优良种源区母树林、采种基地为补充,选、引、育、繁、推广相结合的良种繁育和生产供应体系。但我省林木良种基地建设也存在着规模小、投入不足、管理粗放、产量不足、科技水平落后等制约因素。未来10年,我省良种基地建设将以科学布局为引导、扩大规模为手段、提升产量为重心、保证质量为宗旨,确保为统筹城乡林业发展提供"结构合理、品种对路、数量充足、质量优良"的林木种苗。The forest fine varieties is the key of improve the plantation effectively.The fine varities base is the source of seed trees.The trees seed base construction in Hunan province has built more than 60 bases in different kinds of seeds（such as 6 national key tree seed base,10 provincial tree seed bases）,the total area is 2 000 hm2,production of seed is more than 30 000 kg,and 40 million fine varieties ear.Priminarily formed using seed orchard,scion garden as the main bases,good provenance seed production stands and seed base as supplement,a combination of breeding and production and supply system with the selection,introduction,breeding,prosperity and promotion.And some restraining factors,such as the small scale,the shortage of investment,the extensive management,the low product of fine variety seedling,the lag in technology and so on,have become the main obstructions and impressed the development of the system.In follow 10 years,the tree seed base construction will be to guide with the science design,increase the scale and production,assurance the quality,for the purpose of ensuring the development of urban and rural forestry to provide ＂reasonable structure,suitable species,sufficient quantity and good quality＂ of tree seed and seedlings.
