摘 要:用微波法合成MCM-41中孔分子筛。并采用液相沉积法制备了以MCM-41分子筛为载体负载TiO2/S2O82-的固体酸催化剂,以乙酸与异戊醇的酯化反应作为探针反应,考察了焙烧温度、焙烧时间、浸渍溶液的浓度、浸渍时间以及钛硅比等制备条件对催化剂催化活性的影响,得到了最佳的制备条件。最佳条件是:n(Ti)/n(Si)=2,过硫酸铵溶液浓度为0.5 mol/L,浸渍5 h,干燥后梯度炉中550℃焙烧4 h。在不加带水剂的条件下,酯化率可达到73%。Mesoporous molecular sieve MCM-41 was prepared by microwave reaction.Then solid acid catalyst TiO2/S2O82-/MCM-41was prepared by liquid deposition method.The esterification reaction of acetic acid and iso-amyl alcohol was selected as a probe reaction to test the catalytic performance.Influence of calcination temperature,calcination time,concentration of(NH4)2S2O8,impregnation time and molar ratio of Ti to Si on the catalytic activity was investigated,the optimum conditions for preparation of the catalyst were obtained as follows: molar ratio of Ti to Si was 2,concentration of(NH4)2S2O8 was 0.5 mol/L,impregnation time was 5 h,calcination temperature and time were 550 ℃ and 4h.Under above conditions without water-carrying agents,the esterification rate can reach 73%.
