苯乙烯—丁二烯橡胶门尼黏度标准物质的定值

摘　　要：对通过均匀性、稳定性检验后符合标准物质定值的苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶(SBR)1502样品,采用多家实验室联合定值。按照标准物质定值数据处理程序,进行了异常数据判断、正态分布检验、等精度检验、不确定度评估。苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶(SBR)1502门尼黏度标准物质定值各实验室的数据在a=0.01的显著水平时,数据无可疑值、处于正态分布、等精度,定值标准物质的标称值为ML(1+4)100℃(49.1±0.8)。For the styrene-butadiene rubber（SBR）1502 samples which pass the homogeneity and stability test,several laboratories set the mooney viscosity value together.According to the data processing procedure for the reference materials,abnormal data judgment,normal distribution test,equal precision inspection and uncertainty evaluation were carried out.The results show that while a equals to 0.01 significant level,the data follow normal distribution,meet equal precision requirement and there is not suspicious value.The nominal setting value of the certified reference material is（49.1 ±0.8）ML（1 ＋ 4） 100 ℃.
