摘 要:通过测定聚α-烯烃合成基础油的相对粘均分子量来反映合成基础油反应时间、反应温度与相对粘均分子量分布之间的关系。以癸烯为原料,四氯化钛和一氯二乙基铝为催化剂进行的聚α-烯烃基础油的合成。采用正交试验确定最佳反应温度和反应时间。采用乌氏粘度计测定高分子物的粘度,从而根据高分子物的粘度和分子量之间的关系求出其分子量。The relationship between the viscosity-average molecular weight with reaction time,reaction temperature during synthesis of base oil was analyzed by measuring the viscosity-average molecular weight of the poly α-olefin base oil.Using decene as raw material,titanium tetrachloride and diethylaluminum chloride as catalysts,poly a-olefin base oil was synthesized.The best reaction temperature and reaction time were determined by orthogonal test.The polymer viscosity was determined with Ubbelohde viscometer,and its molecular weight was calculated by the relationship between viscosity and molecular weight
