摘  要:在利用小波变换分析注汽锅炉蒸汽干度波动的基础上,将神经网络和专家系统集成应用于注汽锅炉运行的故障诊断,介绍了诊断系统的结构、学习算法和诊断步骤,提出了油田注汽锅炉的智能故障诊断方法。仿真结果证明了该方法的准确率与可靠性。Based on using wavelet transform to analyze the fluctuation of dryness fraction of the steam-injection boiler,the neural network and the expert system were applied in the fault diagnosis of the steam-injection boiler.The structure,the learning algorithm and the diagnosis steps of diagnosis system were introduced.The intelligent fault diagnosis method of steam-injection boiler was put forward.The simulation results prove that the method is accuracy and reliability.
