摘  要:对某油田污水采用"N2气浮厌氧—O2好氧强化A/O法"工艺流程实现油品回收,污水回注及排放的有效性和适用性进行了实验研究。试验结果表明,在原水水质中石油类在55~160 mg/L,COD含量在390~630 mg/L,BOD含量在70~110 mg/L,SS在40~200 mg/L,该工艺对石油类、悬浮物的去除率可达90%以上;通过厌氧处理装置的水解酸化作用,可明显改善生化处理条件,COD、BOD去除率接近85%。污水回注处理能够达到《碎屑岩油藏注水水质推荐指标》B1级要求,污水排放处理能够满足《污水综合排放标准GB8978-1996》。Oil-field wastewater was treated with the method " N2 flotation anaerobiosis-O2 oxidation of enhanced A/O method " to achieve the effectiveness and applicability of oil recycling,wastewater re-injection process and discharge process.The treatment results show that when oil content in the wastewater is 55~160 mg/L,COD is 390~630 mg/L,BOD is 70~110 mg/L,SS is 40~200 mg/L,removal rates of oil and suspended solids are above 90%,respectively.The anaerobic hydrolysis acidification treatment can significantly improve conditions of biological treatment,removal rates of COD and BOD are nearly 85%,respectively.The treated effluent for re-injection can meet B1-level requirements of clasolite oil reservoir re-injection water quality recommended index.The treated effluent for discharge can meet the integrated wastewater discharge standard GB8978-1996.
