摘　　要：新生代农民工问题是当前社会管理工作的重要组成部分,如何提升新生代农民工的就业能力则是改善农民工生活与发展环境最核心的内容。基于湖北省6县调研资料,分析了新生代农民工就业意愿及就业影响因素。研究发现,外出务工、工作机会、所属服务行业性质、行业技术水平、资金扶持对新生代农民工就业倾向有重要影响,而其就业能力则受文化素质、专业技能、工作耐受力、政策认知程度和信息渠道等因素的影响。从提高学历、提升技能、增强耐受力、提高政策关注度和拓宽信息渠道等5个方面提出了提升新生代农民工就业能力的对策建议。The problems of the new generation of migrant workers are the essential part of the current social management work, and how to promote their employability is the core of improving their surviving situation and the development environment. Based on the survey of 6 counties in Hubei province, this paper studied the employment will of the new generation of migrant workers and the factors that put much impact on employment will. The research discovered that the working from countryside to city, the employment opportunities, the service industry character, the technical level of industry and the fund support had important effect on the employment tendency of the new generation of migrant workers, whereas their employability depended on the factors such as the cultural quality,the professional skills, the work tolerance, the policy cognition degree, the information channel and so on. From these five aspects such as promoting educational degree, improving skills, increasing tolerance, improving the concern about policy, expanding the information channel, the author put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on improving their employability on the current situation.
