摘  要:以髯毛箬竹为试验材料,于10月采用叶面喷施的处理方法,研究不同浓度(0、150、300、450mg.L-1)的纳米TiO2对髯毛箬竹光合日变化的影响,结果表明:与对照相比,各浓度的纳米TiO2处理均能不同程度地提高髯毛箬竹的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)和蒸腾速率(Tr),缓解光合"午休"现象,其中以150mg.L-1纳米TiO2处理的促进效果最佳。在10:00和午休的12:00时,150mg.L-1纳米TiO2处理的Pn、Gs及Tr分别比对照提高了9.7%、30.41%、17.97%,和41.84%、20.79%、18.57%,均与对照差异显著。髯毛箬竹光合能力的提高是气孔因素和非气孔限制因素共同作用的结果,其中光合"午休"现象的缓解主要通过非气孔限制因素的改善,而最大光合能力的提高主要通过气孔因素来调节。Effects of different concentrations of nano-meter TiO2 (0,150,300,450 mg · L^-1 ) on diurnal variation of photosynthesis of Indocalamus barbatus McClure were examined by foliar spraying in October. The results showed that compared to the control, all treatments of different concentrations of TiO2 could increase net photosynthetic rate (Pn), transpiration rate (Tr) and stomatal conductance (Gs) which eased the photosynthetic "midday depression". Among them, the 150 mg · L^-1 group could get the best effect. Compared to control, the Pn,Gs and Tr of the 150 mg · L^-1 group increased by 9.7%,30.41%,17.97% and 41.84% ,20.79% ,18.57% respectively at 10:00 and midday depression at 12.00, which were significantly different from the control. The improvement of photosynthetic capacity of I. barbatus were resulted from both stomatal and non stomatal limitation factors. The improvement of photosynthetic "midday depression" was mainly resulted from non-stomatal limitation, and the increase of the maximum photosynthetic capacity was caused primarily by stomatal factors.
