摘  要:目的分析比较实时荧光PCR与涂片镜检、培养三种方法在结核杆菌检测的差异。方法对我院疑似结核病患者的临床标本同时进行实时荧光PCR检测、涂片镜检和培养,将三组检测结果进行比较。结果 215例疑似肺结核患者痰标本同时采用实时荧光PCR、涂片镜检和培养三种方法检测,阳性检出率分别为46.5%、32.6%和44.7%。实时荧光PCR法与涂片镜检法的阳性率间比较有统计学意义,实时荧光PCR法与培养法的阳性率间比较无统计学意义。112例疑似其他类型结核病患者的胸腹水、脑脊液、穿刺液和尿液等非痰标本同时采用上述三种方法检测,阳性率分别为18.8%、3.6%和16.1%。统计学意义同上。结论实时荧光PCR检测技术在临床上对结核病的诊断和鉴别具有较好的应用价值。Objective To analyze and corupare the detection differenees among real-time fluorescent PCR (FQ-PCR) , smcar microscopy and culture methods in inspecting different types of tubereulosis. Methods The clinical specimens of suspected tuberculosis outpatients and iupalients in our hospital were detected by FQ-PCR and microscopic examination of smear, euhure and the results were compared. Results 215 suspected tubereulosis patients'sputum were detected by three methods as mentioned above and the positive detection rates were 46.5% ,32.6% and 44.7% ,respeetively. Positive rate of FQ-PCR and microseopic examination of smear had statistical significance, but positive rate of FQ-PCR and culture had no statistical significance. 112 suspected other types of TB patients'pleural effusion, cerebrospinal fluid, puncture fluid, urine and other non-sputum spccimeus were detected by three methods as above. The positive rates were 18. 8% , 3.6% and 16. 1% , respectively. Statistical significance showed the same results as above. Conclusion The FQ-PCR detection of tuberculosis in clinical diagnosis and identification was of good values. Smear microscopy, culture and FQ-PCR can meet the clinical needs in different ways.
