摘  要:腐蚀一直是石油天然气工业安全生产的主要问题。为提高油气生产效率,针对某油田采出水的腐蚀特点,以油酸和三乙烯四胺为原料合成了咪唑啉中间体,用醋酸和氯化苄改性,用红外光谱进行结构表征,用静态腐蚀失重法和电化学方法研究了缓蚀性能。红外光谱表明合成产物为所需的目标产物;静态失重法表明经过氯化苄改性后的产物缓蚀性高于中间体和醋酸改性的产物,即筛选产物为氯化苄改性的缓蚀剂;极化曲线表明氯化苄改性产物和中间体都抑制了阳极反应,属于阳极型缓蚀剂。Corrosion always is the most serious problem for safety production in oil and gas industry.In order to increase oil and gas production efficiency,analyzed are corrosion characteristics of produced water from some oilfield,oleic acid and diethylenetriamine are used as raw materials for synthesizing imidazoline intermediates,acetic acid and benzyl chloride are used for modifying such imidazoline intermediates,infrared spectrum is used for characterizing their structures and static corrosion weight-loss method and electrochemical method are used for their inhibitor performance study.Infrared spectrum shows that the synthetic products are target products,static weight-loss method shows that corrosion inhibition efficiency of the products modified by using benzyl chloride is better than those modified by using acetic acid and electrochemistry curve shows that the end production and intermediates are anodic inhibitor.
