摘　　要：报告1例CD30^+皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤并发大疱性类天疱疮。患者男,77岁。因躯干四肢皮疹伴偶痒3个月入院。皮损和淋巴结组织病理及免疫组化检查提示CD30^+皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤。患者在入院期间出现局限性水疱,组织病理及免疫荧光检查证实为大疱性类天疱疮。给予泼尼松30 mg/d口服;重组人干扰素α-2b 300万U肌内注射,隔日1次,皮损较前减轻。A 77-year-old male was admitted to the ward, complaining of eruptions on the body and extremities. The diagnosis of CD30^＋ cutaneous T-cell lymphoma was confirmed based on histology and immunochemistry. He also developed a localized bullous pemphigoid in the ward and was given prednisone 30 mg/d per os with recombinant human interferon -2b 3 MU, IM, god. and obtained improvement.
