浅谈钢制管法兰的选用

摘　　要：管道法兰是石化工业管道系统最广泛使用的一种可拆连接件,是管道的重要环节。法兰连接密封不好很容易造成向外泄露,而泄露的原因除施工因素外,正确选用法兰也是关键。文章结合实际工程运用经验,将HG20592钢制管法兰的选用方法进行了归纳总结,以供设计、制造、施工、安装和贸易单位合理的选用标准法兰,进而达到提高工作效率、降低工程成本的目的。Pipe flange is one of the most widely used detachable connecting pieces in petrochemical industrial pipeline system,which is the important segment of pipeline too.Flange connecting sealing is very easy to cause leaks,the reason except construction factors,and the correct selection of the flange is the key.In the paper,the use of practical engineering experience,and the selection of steel pipe flanges HG20592 methods are summarized for the design,manufacture,construction,installation and trade units to choose the reasonable standard flange,so as to improve work efficiency,reduce the cost of the project purpose.
