济南市城市自行车出行影响因素及对策研究

摘　　要：为分析影响自行车交通发展的因素,对公众自行车出行意愿进行问卷调查,归纳总结影响公众自行车出行的四个主要因素:路权没有保障、出行受到干扰、出行时间过长、自行车停车问题,以及公众选择自行车出行的四大原因:出行方便、经济实惠、节能环保与健身。在此基础上,从城市精明增长模式、发挥自行车交通优势以及政策保障等方面提出自行车交通发展对策。In order to analyze the influence factors of bicycle traffic,this paper carried out questionnaire investigation on the public will about cycling trip,summarized the top four factors that impacted public′s intentions to cycling out,which were no guarantee for the road space,interfered by others,long travel time,the problem of parking,and the top four reasons that people chose bicycle,which were fast,convenient,economical,energy-saving,environmental,and beneficial to healthy.On that basis,this article put forward policies for bicycle traffic development from the Smart Growth Pattern,making use of advantages of bicycle and policy safeguard.
