摘　　要：对分光光度法测定铜合金中硅含量的测量不确定度进行了评定,分析了测量过程中不确定度的主要来源,如测量的重复性、标准溶液、试样溶液定容体积、分取溶液体积、工作曲线的制作等,并对各不确定度分量进行了量化,确定了分析结果的置信区间。Spectrophotometric method for determination of copper alloy silicon content in the measurement uncertainty evaluated.Analysis in the process of the measurement uncertainty main origin,Such as those of repeatability,Standard solution,Sample solution set let volume,Divide solution volume,Working curve of the production.And the uncertainty components on the quantification,Determine the confidence interval of the analysis.
