室温离子液体增敏-火焰原子吸收测定金施尔康中的钙、镁、锌、铁

摘　　要：文章合成了室温离子液体1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑硫酸二乙酯盐,以火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)为分析检测手段,利用合成的离子液体同时增敏测定微波消解后金施尔康片剂中的钙、镁、锌、铁。考察了多种试剂对测定的增敏效果,实验结果表明:离子液体的加入,能够显著的同时增加钙、镁、锌、铁溶液的吸光度,由此建立了离子液体增敏火焰原子吸收测定这四种元素的方法,四种元素的检测限分别为:Ca:0.065μg/mL、Mg:0.043μg/mL、Zn:0.11μg/mL、Fe:0.45μg/mL。将该方法用于实际样品金施尔康片剂的测定,并且结果令人满意。In the paper,we synthesize a room-temperature ionic liqμid： 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium ethylsulfate（IL）,and analyse the content of calcium,magnesium,zinc,ferrμm in gold Shi Er health with FAAs enhanced by the IL.The result showed that with the addition of IL,the absorbances of all elements were increased,Thus the method for detection the for elements is established.Under the optimized experimental conditions,the detection limit is Ca：0.065 μg/mL,Mg：0.043 μg/mL,Zn：0.11 μg/mL,Fe：0.45 ug/mL respectively.The proposed method has been successfully applied to determine the four elements in gold Shi Er health.
