摘　　要：文章研制了一种具有安全性、操作性、绿色环保且易被生物降解、节能等性能的锅炉炉内防垢、除垢剂-WX09型。WX-09型防垢剂是由一定量的生石灰和少量的天然有机物腐植酸钠、碳酸钠、以及磷酸钠和磷酸氢二钠的混合物所组成,其中生石灰是炉外处理,天然有机物腐植酸钠以及碳酸钠、磷酸钠和磷酸氢二钠是在炉内加药,其中对防垢起主要作用的是生石灰、腐植酸钠和碳酸钠,而磷酸三钠、磷酸氢二钠属于残余硬度的补充处理,也称为协调pH—磷酸盐处理,使其与腐植酸钠和碳酸钠起协同作用而达到更有效的防垢作用。The paper first describes the formation of boiler scale,as well as the harm,and then to sum up the form has always been about the use of various types of anti-scaling agent,and then focuses on the basis of a safe,operable,easily biodegradable green and energy-saving boiler performance scale,type-WX09 detergents.WX09 type scale inhibitor is a certain amount of lime and a small amount of natural organic humic acid sodium,sodium carbonate,and sodium hydrogen phosphate and 2 composed of a mixture of sodium,which is the furnace outside the quicklime treatment,natural organic matter and humic acid sodium carbonate,sodium phosphate and disodium hydrogen phosphate Dosing in the furnace,which play a major role on the scale of the lime,humic sodium and sodium carbonate,and trisodium phosphate,disodium hydrogen phosphate is added to deal with the residual hardness,pH value,also known as co-ordination-phosphate treatment in line with humic acid sodium and sodium carbonate to achieve the synergy effect more effective anti-scaling effect.
