摘　　要：对无车承运人的内涵、优势与发展瓶颈以及无车承运人与货运代理之间的联系与区别进行分析,提出我国发展无车承运人的建议,可供同行借鉴。Based on the analysis of the connotation, advantages and development bottleneck of non-car operating carrier, and the differences between non-car operating carrier and freight forwarder, the author putts forward proposals about non-car operating carrier＇s development for reference.
