摘  要:该小型茶园中耕机主要针对我国南方茶园机械耕作过程中茶树树枝阻碍及枯枝、杂草缠绕实际情况,在烟草作物中耕机基础上进行的改进设计。本设计方案通过在旋耕刀旋转机构上方安装一组与之相对应的静刀片,通过静刀与动刀相互之间的间隙配合,利用静刀片上的锯齿形切刀将缠在旋耕刀上的杂草切断,再通过旋耕刀的翻转作业,将切断的草渣和短碎枯枝埋入土壤,该机同时采用了流线型整体罩壳的设计,进一步减小中耕机工作过程中的行进阻力,保证工作过程连续、流畅。The design of the cultivator for reducing interwine and resistancement in tea garden.To improve the machine's design,mainly is the clock to the actual situation of the superabundant grass and dead brandes in the south of China tea garden.The machine can solve problems effectively that appear in the process of operation.This design scheme is to add a set of corresponding static blades in the above of the structure motive,through the static blades and the movement blades' close cooperation,Using the static blades'cuting edge to cut the weed that twine at the movement blades.In this way,so as to achieve the purpose that remove twine weeds and dead brandes away effectively.In the meantime,the rotary blade can bury the grass residue and dead branches into deep soil.This can play the role of further fertilization.Furthermore,the streamlined and overall contract form of cover shell,further reduced the machine's resistance in the process of work.
