苦碟子中的木质素和酚酸类成分研究

摘　　要：利用硅胶柱色谱和HPLC分别对苦碟子地上部分和根部化学成分进行分离,从地上部分中得到2种木脂素类化合物,从根部中得到2种酚酸类化合物。经1H NMR、13C NMR等鉴定它们的结构分别为:4,8-(3′-甲氧基,4′-羟基)-二苯基-2,6-二羟基-双四氢呋喃木质素(1),(+)-丁香树脂酚(2),咖啡酸(3)和3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(4)。4种化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。The compounds were isolated by silica gel and HPLC from parts of aerial and roots of Ixeris Sonehifolia. two compounds were isolated from the part of the aerial, two compounds were isolated from the part of the roots. All the compounds identified based on ^1H NMR and^l3CNMR respectively： 4, 8-（3＇-methoxy, 4＇-hydroxy）-diphenyl-2, 6-dihydroxy-ditetrahydrofuran xylogen（1）, （＋）-syringaresinol（2）coffeic acid（3）, 3, 4-dihydroxybenzoic acid. All compounds are obtained from this plant for the first time.
