摘　　要：按照"3n+1"法则,利用"4m+3"迭代,提出了一个构建一个无限单调增值序列的方法,从而否定了"3n+1"猜想。In this paper, according to the rule ＂3n ＋1＂ with a ＂4m＋3＂ iteration,the method of establishing of an infinite monotropic increasing series has been provided.Thus the ＂3n ＋ 1＂ problem is negated.
