摘　　要：现阶段,我国实行多元化的城乡医疗保险模式,公民参与医疗保险的方式及途径呈现多样化,并且城乡之间、区域之间参保水平与程度差异较大,这一差异除了受我国经济发展不均衡的影响之外,还受到我国城乡医疗资源配置的不均衡影响。基于社会公正理论视角,根据我国城乡医疗资源配置现状,分析我国城乡医疗资源配置不均衡引发的问题。China adopted a wide range of urban and rural medical insurance model at present.The ways and methods citizen＇s participation in health insurance show diversity.The level and extent of insurance are different between urban and rural areas.This difference is caused by our country＇s uneven economic development and uneven allocation of medical resources between urban and rural areas.The problems caused by the uneven allocation of medical resources are analyzed according to the present medical allocation situation in China.
