摘　　要：建设马克思主义学习型政党离不开制度的保障,应从建设"一把手"负责的领导机制、建设党员干部的培训机制、建设贯穿全程的监督机制、建设科学规范的考核机制、建设提高能力的实效机制等方面,探讨全面推进学习型党组织建设的长效机制建设。Building a Marxist learning party can＇t be without the guarantee of system.The construction of a responsible leadership mechanism,the construction of the party members＇ training mechanism,the construction of the supervision mechanism,the construction of scientific and standardized examination system should be reconstructed.The all-round and long-term mechanism construction of learning-oriented organizations is analyzed.
