跑节省化、无氧阈和最大摄氧量评价不同位置篮球运动员的比较研究

摘  要:以天津对外经济贸易职业学院的男子篮球队员24名(其中前锋、中锋、后卫队员各8名)为研究对象,通过跑台测试、因子分析等研究方法,对不同位置篮球运动员的跑节省化、无氧阈和最大摄氧量进行评价研究分析。结果显示:篮球运动员的前锋队员跑节省化在第一公因子中载荷最大,中锋队员跑节省化的相对值因子载荷最大,后卫队员的第二公因子跑节省化处于相对重要的位置;跑节省化、无氧阈和最大摄氧量三指标在评价不同位置篮球运动员,跑节省化指标优势明显,提示我们可以采用跑节省化对不同位置篮球运动员进行评价,以便更好地指导今后的训练。Explore evaluation in different position of basketball players of endurance capability index, Tianjin foreign economic trade vocational college basketball ball players of 24 ( including striker center defenders each eight) as the research object, by ran a test factor analysis, ere Use the anaerobic threshold run economy and vo2max basketball player in different position to evaluate research analysis, and the results indicate that: basket- ball player forward players run economic change in the first male factor load in the largest center players run eco- nomic change, the relative value factor loading, the second biggest defenders male factor economic change in a relatively run the important position Run economy, anaerobic threshold and vo2max three indexes in the evalua- tion of different position basketball player, run save the index obvious advantages, hints that we can use to run the different positions to save basketball player evaluation, so as to guide future training.
