摘 要:建立了分散液相微萃取与气相色谱-质谱联用法测定水样中的四乙基铅,并对影响萃取和富集效率的因素进行优化。在优化的实验条件下,四乙基铅的富集倍数可达330倍,检出限为0.01μg/L,线性范围为0.40~40.0μg/L,线性相关系数为0.999 3,加标回收率为93.5%~107%,相对标准偏差在3.2%~7.3%之间。A novel method for the determination of tetraethyl lead in water was developed by dispersive liquid-liquid micro-extraction(DLLME)coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS). Some important parameters that effect the extraction efficiency, such as types and volumes of extraction, disperser solvent and extraction time were studied. Under the optimum conditions, the enrichment factors is 330. The method linearity ranges of tetraethyl lead are 0.40--40.0 μg/L with the detection limit(S/N= 3) of 0.01μg/L. The correlation coefficients are 0. 999 3. The average recoveries of tetraethyl lead are range from 93.5% to 107% with the relative standard deviations of 3.2%--7.3%.
