摘　　要：区域金融是现代区域经济的核心和原动力,关中-天水经济区金融发展存在金融分化严重、金融市场不完善、资本市场发育程度低以及金融产品和服务创新不足等诸多问题,本文研究认为应通过完善区域金融组织体系,加强以西安为核心的区域金融中心建设,加快资本市场发展,创新金融服务,培养和造就高素质的金融人才队伍以及不断完善金融生态环境,以此促进关中-天水经济区实现跨越式发展。Regional finance is the prime driving force of modern regional economics.With regard to the financial development,a variety of issues have arisen such as serious financial polarization,imperfect financial market,lower growth of capital markets,and insufficient innovation of financial services and products.The great-leap-forward development of economy in Guanzhong-Tianshui region could be ensured through the perfection of financial organizations,the high-speed development of capital markets,and the innovation of financial services.In addition,other strategies could promote the economic development in Guanzhong-Tianshui economic zone,such as the establishment of regional financial center with Xi＇an as the kernel,the cultivation of financial talents,and the perfection of financial environment.
