摘　　要：运用问卷调查法,通过对上海市中小学体育教师专业发展进行调研,了解到体育教师专业发展的基础状况、在职培训及教学反思等情况。结果表明:上海市中小学体育教师整体专业发展水平有待提高,体育教师参与在职培训和专业发展的期望强烈,体育教师在职培训的途径和方式单一,希望培训内容更具操作性和实用性。With the research methods of literature study and questionaire investigation and on the basis of investigating the professional development of the P.E.teachers of the elementary schools and middle schools in Shanghai and the understanding of the current situation of the training and development of the teachers,the paper proposes to improve the professional development of the P.E.teachers of the elementary schools and middle schools in Shanghai.The teachers＇ desire to attend the in-service training is strong while the training way is monotonous.The training content should be more practical.
