摘　　要：慢性丙型肝炎是一个严重危害人类健康的公共卫生问题。联合抗病毒治疗的疗效受到宿主遗传因素的影响,尤其是IL28B基因多态性的影响。本文综述IL28B基因多态性与慢性丙型肝炎抗病毒治疗疗效的关系。Chronic hepatitis C virus （HCV） infection has been considered as a growing threat to human health and it brought severe public health issues. The treatment of HCV infection is influenced by host genetic factors, especially single nucleotide polymorphism of IL28B. This review describes the relationship between single nucleotide polymorphism of IL28B and the outcome of anti-HCV treatment.
