摘  要:目的建立一种高效液相色谱法测定瓦松栓中槲皮素和山柰素含量的方法.方法采用高效液相色谱法,用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;流动相A为乙腈,流动相B为1.0%盐酸溶液;检测波长:360 nm.结果在该色谱条件下,槲皮素、山柰素的线性范围分别为0.006~0.024 mg爛mL-1(r=0.990 8)、0.012~0.047 mg爛mL-1(r=0.995 2),平均回收率分别为99.91%、101.2%.结论该方法简单准确,重现性好,可作为瓦松栓中槲皮素和山柰素的含量测定方法.Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of quercetin and kaempferol in Wasong Suppository. Methods The HPLC analysis was carried out on C18 analytical column with aeetonitrile as mobile phase A and 1.0% HCl solution as mobile phrase B. The detection wavelength was 360 nm. Results The liner ranges of quereetin and kaempferol were 0.006 - 0. 024 mg · mL- 1 [ r = 0. 990 8 ) and 0.012 - 0. 047 mg · mL -1 ( r = 0. 995 2 ), respectively. The average recoveries of quereetin and kaempferol were respectively 99.91% and 101.2%. Conclusion The method was simple, accurate and reproducible, and it can be used for the determination of quercetin and kaempferol in Wasong Suppository.
