摘　　要：微粒检测仪在药物制剂生产中主要用作注射剂产品的不溶性微粒的测试,通过一年多的实践,GWJ-5型智能微粒检测仪在溶液制剂生产的中控过程,通过其对配置原液、初滤液中不溶性微粒的检测,利用数据分析,可以及时、有效调整精过滤方案,达到预防性质量控制和节降过滤成本的目的.Particle tester in the production of pharmaceutical preparations was mainly used for test of insoluble particles in produet for injectice The tester of light blockage method was general equipment for quality guideline detection of final products. By year of practice, GWJ - 5 intelligent particle tester was used in the production control process of liquid preparation and through detection of insoluble particles in configuration liquid and first filtrate, can adjust filter program timely and effectively by using data analysis. This can achieve the purpose of preventive quality control and reduction in filter cost.
