摘　　要：近年来,随着旅游产业的发展,旅游+地产模式越来越受到城市发展的青睐,而西安旅游地产的发展势头强劲,潜力巨大。立足西安的特色旅游资源,以SWOT分析为基点,分清优劣形势、抓住机遇、避免威胁,以最大的收益和最小的风险寻求西安旅游地产的开发策略,加快西安国际大都市的建设进程,提升城市经营水平。Recently, along with the development of tourism, the ＂tourism ＋ real estate＂ model find favor in city development. Xi＇an, as an important city in west China, have great potentiality in tourist estate development. Based on the unique tourist resources and SWOT analysis, the paper argued that to differentiate the advantages and disadvantages of the situation, grasp the opportunity and avoid the danger to explore the tactics, with the rule of maximizing the income and minimizing the risk, on tourist estate development in Xi＇an, so as to quicken the process of international metropolis construction and improve the level of city management.
