摘　　要：古田会议上我党从实际出发,运用发展的观点,第一次提出了关于党的建设的科学化主张,创造性地解决了党和军队的建设问题,明确了军队思想作风建设的任务。会议精神长期以来对党的思想作风建设提供了宝贵经验:认清思想作风问题产生的危害,在思想上重视思想作风建设;找出思想作风问题产生的原因,在根源上把握思想作风建设;理清解决思想作风问题的思路,在发展中推进思想作风建设。On the ancient farmland meeting my party from set out physically, the standpoint of the usage development, put forward the concerning construction of party scientific to lay claim to for the first time, the creation resolved the construction problem of the party and troops, explicit troops thought the mission that style construction.The meeting spirit provided precious experience to the thought style construction of the party for long time：recognize the output bane of the pure thought style problem, the value thoughts the style construction on the thought;find out to thought the output reason of the style problem, the confidence thoughts the style construction on the source;manage pure resolve the way of thinking of thought the style problem, push forward to thought the style construction in the development.
