摘　　要：绩效管理是教育管理改革的重要策略。当前,深入研究绩效管理技术在我国院校的运作问题具有十分重要的意义。加强领导重视和组织支持,保证教职员工的广泛参与,合理设定绩效考核指标体系,不断对绩效管理系统进行调整,建设良好的高绩效组织文化,是我国院校绩效管理有效运行的五项前提条件。Performance management of colleges and universities can inspire organization members play creativity and improve education service quality through the performance assessment and performance tracking. Performance management is an important education management reform tactics. This paper wills analysis the implementation conditions of performance management in Chinese Colleges and Universities from five aspects.
