摘　　要：目的探讨应用可吸收螺钉在青壮年股骨颈骨折切开复位带肌蒂骨瓣移植术中固定骨瓣的临床疗效。方法对32例青壮年股骨颈骨折患者行取缝匠肌、阔筋膜张肌双肌蒂髂骨瓣植入股骨头颈槽内以可吸收螺钉固定骨瓣的治疗。结果本组32例患者均获得随访,平均随访9个月,①影像学评价:骨瓣无松脱、移位;②功能评价:优20例,良10例,可2例,总优良率93.8%。结论应用可吸收螺钉在青壮年股骨颈骨折切开复位带肌蒂骨瓣移植术中固定骨瓣牢固,免除二次手术取出,效果良好。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of absorbable screws in application of young-adult femoral neck fractures by open reduction with muscle pedicle bone grafting. Methods 32 patients with femoral neck fractures were treated with absorbable screws to fix flap by implanting sartorius, tensor fascia lata dual muscle pedicle iliac bone into femoral neck tank. Results 32 patients were followed up for an average of 9 months. ①Imaging evaluation： no loose bone, no dislocation. ②Functional assessment： excellent in 20, good in 10, the excellent and good rate was 93.8%. Conclusion Absorbable screws are firmly fixed in young-adult femoral neck fractures with open reduction and muscle pedicle bone grafting to fix flap, which avoid second surgery to remove the fixtures, and have better effect.
