关节镜下治疗青少年盘状半月板损伤的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨关节镜下治疗青少年盘状半月板损伤的临床疗效。方法 53例盘状半月板损伤的青少年患者接受关节镜下手术治疗。采用膝关节Ikeuchi评分作为疗效评价的指标。结果 53例均获随访,时间12～24个月。末次随访时,根据Ikeuchi评分:优36例(67.9%),良13例(24.5%),可3例(5.7%),差1例(1.9%),总体优良率为92.4%。没有发生再次手术的病例,X线平片也未发现膝关节退行性变的证据。结论关节镜下治疗青少年膝关节盘状半月板损伤的临床疗效满意。Objective To observe the effect of arthroscopic meniscectomy for the treatment of discoid meniscus tears in adolescents. Methods Fifty-three adolescent patients with discoid meniscus tears underwent surgical treatment by arthroscopy. Results Fifty-three patients were followed up for 12 ~ 24 months. According to the Ikeuchi scale system, the outcome was excellent in 36 （ 67.9% ） cases, good in 13 （ 24.5% ）, fair in 3 （ 5.7% ） and poor in 1 （ 1.9% ） and the excellent and good rate was 92.4% at the final follow-up. No degenerative changes were evident on the roentgenograms. Conclusion Arthroscopic meniscectomy is an alternative for treatment of discoid meniscus tears in adolescents with minimal traumatic effects.
