DR高仟伏胸片摄影在老年患者中的应用和分析

摘　　要：目的探讨DR高仟伏胸片摄影在老年患者中的应用。方法采用西门子DR成像系统,对142例住院老年患者进行高仟伏胸片摄影,其中男性为96例,女性为46例,年龄在60～93岁,摄影体位为后前位;另调取同一患者以前照的普通仟伏的胸片,两组进行对照分析。结果 142例DR高仟伏胸片摄影中甲片率为94/142;在清晰显示部位的比例上,气管支气管118/142、心影后肺纹理104/142、层次的分辨122/142、肺门纵隔结构132/142。结论 DR的高仟伏胸片摄影能明显提高老年患者照片的甲片率,对气管支气管、心脏后的肺纹理、肺门纵隔结构、层次的显示上比普通仟伏有优势。Objective To disccuss the application of high KV photography in aged patients. Methods With the help of Siemens DR system, we had taken plain films for 142 aged hospitalized patients in the condition of high KV, who were 96 males and 46 females, ranging from 60 to 90 years of age, and being taken photo under P. A view. We compared the plain films to those taken under average KV and analyzed the diefferences. Results Among 142 plain films which were taken under high KV, 94 films were ranged as ＂grade A＂. And in showing partial anatomy formation, 118 films showed tracheal bronchial clearly while 104 films showed lung markings distinctly, also 122 films could tell gradation diffnerences while 132 films could show hilar mediastinum prerry well. Conclusion With the application of high KV photography, the proportion of ＂grade A＂ films can be improved dramatically. Compared to average KV photography, high KV photography undoubtedly has advantages in showing tracheal, lung markings, hilar mediastinum and in telling gradation diffnerences.
