陈氏保健操治疗颈型颈椎病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察陈氏保健操治疗颈型颈椎病的康复效果。方法将患者95例随机分为两组,治疗组50例,采用常规康复治疗方法并陈氏保健操对颈型颈椎病的治疗;对照组45例,单纯采用常规康复治疗方法对颈型颈椎病进行治疗。结果治疗组有效率80.6%,对照组有效率49.9%,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论常规治疗方法并陈氏保健操治疗颈型颈椎病可明显提高疗效。Objective To observe the rehabilitation effect of the Chen＇s health exercise in the treatment of cervical spondylosis. Methods 95 cases were randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases in the treatment group, using conventional rehabilitation treatment methods and Chen＇s health exercise for cervical spondylosis treatment; 45 cases in the control group, only using the conventional rehabilitation treatment for cervical disease treatment. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 80.6%, and the control group was 49.9%, with significant difference （P 0.05） between two groups. Conclusion Conventional treatment methods and the Chen＇s health exercise in treatment of cervical spondylosis can obviously improve the therapeutic effect.
