摘　　要：目的观察掌侧T形钢板内固定术对不稳定的桡骨远端Colles骨折的疗效。方法对我院28例手法复位失败后桡骨远端Colles骨折行切开复位T形钢板内固定手术治疗的患者进行回顾性研究,随访其骨折愈合情况及术后腕关节功能的恢复情况。结果所有28例患者均获随访,平均随访时间为8.5月(6～14月),所有患者骨折术后均获得骨性愈合,无内固定脱出、骨不连、关节功能障碍等并发症出现。疗效优良者26例,其中优21例,良好5例,优良率92.8%。结论对于手法复位失败的不稳定性Colles骨折,掌侧T形钢板内固定具有很好的疗效。影响疗效的主要因素是关节的解剖复位满意度,及保持复位后不移位。Objective To observe the curative effects of T-shaped plate internal fixation via volar approach towards Colles fracture of distal radius. Methods A retrospective study to the 28 cases of our hospital who failed maneuver reposition and had open reduction and T-shaped plate internal fixation towards Colles fracture of distal radius, and a follow-up visit to observe their fracture healing and the recovery condition of postoperative wrist joint function. Results Each of the 28 cases received a follow-up visit; mean follow-up time was 8.5 months （6 to 14 months）, after the operation of bone fracture; all the patients obtained osteal healing and had no complications like prolapsus of fixation devices, nonunion, dysfunction of joints. 26 patients showed excellent or good results with a rate of 92.8%, among whom 21 patients showed excellent results, 5 patients showed good results. Conclusion T-shaped plate internal fixation via volar approach has a good effect on the unstable Colles fracture which failed to have maneuver reposition. The major factors affecting curative effect are the satisfactory degree of anatomical repositioning of the joints and position remained after reposition.
