7139例精神病患者乙型肝炎病毒感染血清学标志物检出模式分析

摘　　要：目的分析精神病患者乙型肝炎病毒(Hepatitis B Virus,HBV)血清学标志物检测组合模式,估计其感染程度,为精神病患者乙肝预防、诊断和治疗提供实验室依据。方法用ELISA方法检测我院2009年7月至2011年6月的门诊及住院精神病患者乙肝病毒表面抗原(Hepatitis B surface Antigen,HBsAg)、抗乙肝病毒表面抗原抗体(Anti-hepatitis B surface Antibody,Anti-HBs)、乙肝病毒e抗原(Hepatitis B e Antigen,HBeAg)、抗乙肝病毒e抗原抗体(Anti-hepatitis B e Antibody,Anti-HBe)和抗乙肝病毒核心抗原抗体(Anti-hepatitis B core Antibody,Anti-HBc)五项指标,并对所有数据进行统计与分析。结果 7139例血清标本中检出HBV血清学标志物5226例,总感染率73.20%。血清学标志物表达模式可分为感染期模式组和恢复期模式组,共18种模式。结论精神病患者较同类人群血清总感染率偏高,且血清学标志物模式较为复杂,建议对住院精神病患者注射乙肝疫苗,以降低乙肝的传染率。Objective To analyse the combination profile of HBV marks in paychopathic patients and estimate the infectivity. Methods The five serum mark levels of HBV contained HBsAg, Anti-HBs, HBeAg, Anti-HBe, Anti-HBc in out-patients and psychopathic patients in recent two years were detected by ELISA. Results 5 226 portions of HBV serological symbol were checked out in total 7 139 blood serum samples, and the total infection rate was 73.2%. There were total 18 kinds of serological symbol models, which were divided into infection model group and recovery model group. Conclusion The total infection rate of HBV in psychopathic patients is higher than that of other out-patients. The HBV serological symbol models are more complex. The results suggests that the psychopathic patients should be immunized by vaccine to prevent HBV.
