摘　　要：《十二五规划》明确提出发展战略性新兴产业的战略举措,而海洋产业恰好是现代新经济的一个重要代表,通过海洋产业与战略性新兴产业的结合,发展海洋新能源产业、海洋高端制造业、海洋生物材料产业以及海洋经济与其他战略性新兴产业相结合的其他战略性新兴海洋产业,利用科技进步与科技创新引领我国未来海洋经济的发展,必将成为我国未来海洋经济发展的重要方向。The strategies for developing the strategic emerging industries have been determined in the 12th five-year plan, and the marine industry is the important represent of modern new economy. By combining the marine industry with the strategic emer- ging industries, the important direction of future marine economic development is to develop the marine new energy industry, high-end marine manufacturing industry, marine bio-material industry and other marine strategic emerging industries by combining marine economy with other strategic emerging industries and by using scientific and technological innovation to drive future marine economic development of China.
